Dr. Bradley Fordham

Dr. Bradley Fordham serves as Chairman and CEO of Deasura, Inc.,a pioneering technology company that develops quantitative measures and analytical maps of a person's holistic state of being. Dr. Fordham previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Benchmark Education as it expanded its K12 educational curriculums and supplemental content in print and through a global online platform. He also served as Chief Technology Officer for Echo360 leading the global technology team to deliver differentiated instruction to institutions of higher education.

Prior to Echo360, he was Chief Technology Officer of Amplify Education, heading development and operation of all assessment and intervention products. Earlier, Dr. Fordham was head of research and product management for Xiocom Wireless, where he managed Xiocom's product roadmap, research efforts, and new product development across their hardware, software, and service ecosystem for global wireless networking. He was Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, and Board Director of Online Insight where he brought his experience leading advanced systems research and development to oversee all strategic technology initiatives for the company's flagship guided selling and market intelligence solutions.

Dr. Fordham also held key leadership positions in advanced technology and product development with Oracle Corporation, The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), AT&T and GE. He taught database theory and software development and has advised and consulted with NASA, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), several other U.S. government agencies and Fortune 100 global technology companies. Dr. Fordham received his BS in Computer Science and BA in Spanish at Furman University and his Master and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

General Anderson is Director for Corporate Development for a Government Contracting firm specializing in quality of life services to Service members, Veterans, and their families. A 30 year Army veteran culminating as the Commanding General of U.S. Army Human Resources Command, he has the passion and experience to provide strategic connections for market penetration and service delivery. General Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, and a Masters of Management degree from Webster University. He is also a graduate of The Executive Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden Business School.

Dr. Michael J. Colston

Mike Colston, M.D., is a psychiatrist who practices in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Dr.Colston has served as a staff physician at several hospitals in the U.S. and abroad, practicing in inpatient, outpatient, and addictions settings in civilian, military and VA hospitals.

Dr. Colston is a retired U.S. Navy Captain. In military assignments, Dr. Colston served as Chair of the Mental Health Department at Naval Hospital Great Lakes, overseeing a large integration of VA and DoD clinics at the Lovell Federal Health Care Center in the Chicago metro area. During deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, he led a combat and operational stress team that supported a catchment of 10,000 service members. Dr. Colston served as the Director of the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health (PH) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), a 600-employee national laboratory focused on implementation science for PH, TBI, suicide and addictions medicine.

Dr. Colston has testified to both chambers of Congress on numerous occasions. He recently completed terms on the NIH National Advisory Council on Neurological Disorders and Stroke and the NIH National Advisory Mental Health Council. He has authored book chapters on opiate use and the forensic aspects of PTSD. His publications include peer-reviewed articles on suicide, bioethics, and PTSD in journals including Annals of Internal Medicine and The American Journal of Bioethics

Dr. WILLIAM D'ALELIO

Dr. d'Alelio received his Ph.D. from the University of Miami Coral Gables in 1983, with specialized training in PTSD Crisis Intervention at The Langley Porter Neuropsychiatric Institute of The University of California. He has over 40 years as a practicing Clinical Psychologist, researcher, and educator. His areas of specialization have included: Trauma, Wellbeing, and Health; Biometric Feedback in the diagnosis an treatment of PTSD; Emotional Intelligence and Communication in Relationships; Patterns of Intergenerational Resilience and Dysfunction; Developmental Psychology and Successful Adjustment; and Psychodiagnosis and Psychotherapy.

Ben King

Ben King is an Iraq war veteran and purple heart recipient. Ben received his military training in psychological operations. He also has a master's degree in anthropology from American University. Ben is a service-disabled veteran small business owner helping other combat veterans re-enter civilian life. He also operates a 501(c)(3) foundation dedicated to honoring fallen soldiers. His work gives Ben unique insight into how veterans can overcome stigmas surrounding mental health and integrate mindfulness-based practices into military culture. Ben's work teaching mindfulness to veterans and honoring our nation's fallen warriors have been reported in National Geographic, the Washington Post, and numerous other books and publications.

Henry Hueston Middleton, CFA

Henry Middleton is a seasoned risk management executive with over 20 years of experience in bank supervision and corporate governance with specific expertise in financial modeling and derivatives trading. 

Mr. Middleton is an official under the U.S. Department of the Treasury where he oversees the capital markets activities of large, systemically important financial institutions across the national banking system. 

He previously led Capital Markets Client Advisory Services activities as a Senior Principal at Promontory Financial Group, where he advised U.S. and International Financial Institutions on risk management, compliance and governance practices and adherence to U.S. and International laws and banking regulations. His previous experience includes managing the development of the capital markets group risk management framework at Freddie Mac, and he was a senior commodities trader at Pacific Gas and Electric.

Mr. Middleton has an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and is a CFA charter holder.

Mishawn Cole Turner is the founder, CEO and President of The Marketing and Consulting Group, Inc, located in Alexandria, Virginia. Founded in 1998, the M&C Group specializes in meeting the business development needs of U.S. Government contractors. The M&C Group has secured hundreds of millions of dollars in Federal business for its clients. Ms. Turner is an adjunct professor and teaches government contracting at the university level.
