Dr Bradley Fordham

Dr. Bradley Fordham
— CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

 

Dr. Bradley Fordham serves as Chairman and CEO of Deasura, Inc., a pioneering technology company that develops quantitative measures and analytical maps of a person's holistic state of being. Dr. Fordham previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Benchmark Education as it expanded its K12 educational curriculums and supplemental content in print and through a global online platform. He also served as Chief Technology Officer for Echo360 leading the global technology team to deliver differentiated instruction to institutions of higher education.

Prior to Echo360, he was Chief Technology Officer of Amplify Education, heading development and operation of all assessment and intervention products. Earlier, Dr. Fordham was head of research and product management for Xiocom Wireless, where he managed Xiocom's product roadmap, research efforts, and new product development across their hardware, software, and service ecosystem for global wireless networking. He was Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, and Board Director of Online Insight where he brought his experience leading advanced systems research and development to oversee all strategic technology initiatives for the company's flagship guided selling and market intelligence solutions.

Dr. Fordham also held key leadership positions in advanced technology and product development with Oracle Corporation, The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), AT&T and GE. He taught database theory and software development and has advised and consulted with NASA, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), several other U.S. government agencies and Fortune 100 global technology companies. Dr. Fordham received his BS in Computer Science and BA in Spanish at Furman University and his Master and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Rob Evans

Rob Evans
—VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

 

Rob Evans has served for 35 years in the Army, 13 active, and 22 in the reserve components. His enlisted MOS’s include 11B (Infantry) and 91W (Medic). Rob reached the rank of SSG before being commissioned through Officer Candidate School in 2004, where he branched Military Intelligence (MI) and is currently a Major (O4).  Rob graduated from the Department of Defense Information School (DINFOS) Public Affairs Qualification Course at Ft. Meade, Maryland in 2016 and is now both a Military Intelligence Officer and a Public Affairs Officer (PAO).

Rob worked in the technology arena in Silicon Valley, California for 10 years to include positions of field application engineer, program management and business development. Later he was a Senior Solutions Engineer from 2012-2015 at Echo360 an Educational Technology company based in the NCR.

Rob recently finished a one-year assignment with the Office of the Provost Marshall General at the pentagon working in the Army Threat Integration Center (March 2022). Immediately prior to that he had a two-year assignment as a Foreign Intelligence Watch Officer working for the HQDA G2 also at the pentagon.

Rob has degrees (AS, BS, MS) in Computer Information Systems, Business Marketing, and Internet Marketing.

John Kristoff

— SENIOR ADVISOR - GOVERNMENT ENGAGEMENT AND SERVICES

 

Mr. Kristoff develops supports the strategic engagement plan for Federal & DoD Business. He is the former Director of DoD Passenger Traffic Carrier Contract Negotiations at MTMC for the movement of all DoD uniformed & civilian personnel worldwide. He served as the Transportation / Logistics lead on the Joint Forces Team that designed and implemented Phase I of the Panama Canal Treaty. He secured and managed Federal contracts for the outfitting of the 1980 Winter Olympic Village, Lake Placid, NY; the DoD full transportation system in support of the 1987 Pan American Games; and secure VIP transportation movements in support of national political conventions. A DoD Certified Senior Level International Strategic Mobility Manager, Mr. Kristoff holds an MS in International Transportation & Logistics and is a U. S. Army veteran who served in Vietnam (1968-1969). John provides direct support to the offices of the CEO and Senior VP of Business Development.

Dr. WILLIAM D'ALELIO

Dr. d'Alelio received his Ph.D. from the University of Miami Coral Gables in 1983, with specialized training in PTSD Crisis Intervention at The Langley Porter Neuropsychiatric Institute of The University of California. He has over 40 years as a practicing Clinical Psychologist, researcher, and educator. His areas of specialization have included: Trauma, Wellbeing, and Health; Biometric Feedback in the diagnosis an treatment of PTSD; Emotional Intelligence and Communication in Relationships; Patterns of Intergenerational Resilience and Dysfunction; Developmental Psychology and Successful Adjustment; and Psychodiagnosis and Psychotherapy.

He has provided guidance and care to thousands of children, teens, adults, couples, and families, in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area. Since 2001 he has been researching and developing early recognition and treatment systems for disorders involving inadequate self-soothing and poor impulse control, with a particular focus on PTSD in active-duty military, veterans, and their families.

He has developed innovative assessment tools and treatments for combat troops, first responders, and others who had been exposed to traumatic events. In conjunction with that work, he has collaborated with a wide array of organizations e.g. The Eisenhower Center for Traumatic Brain Injury and PTSD; The National Center for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder; The American University Center for Interpersonal Relations; The United Nations UN75 General Governance Forum on Mental Health; The Olaf Pine Foundation in Kyiv; and Ministries of the Interior, Health, Defense, and Veterans Affairs of Ukraine.

Celia Straus

— DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS

 

Celia Straus, Director Communications Celia Straus is an author, screenwriter, producer and instructional designer for multimedia, e-learning, live events, video and print with a primary focus and three decades of experience with United States military and Veterans issues. Straus has teamed on large scale communications, technology and training projects for government agencies such as the Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Justice, Center for Disease Control, Army Wounded Warrior, the Bureau of Primary Health Care, and the Department of Agriculture to name but a few. Her scripting and print work have won top national awards, many for training and public affairs projects having to do with the American Armed Services.

With the onset of the Gulf War on Terror, Straus worked with a number of Veterans Service Organizations including the Armed Forces Foundation. Her work with patients and their families at Walter Reed Hospital resulted in one of the first books on Post Traumatic Stress and Traumatic Brain Injury, Hidden Battles on Unseen Fronts: Stories of American Soldiers with Traumatic Brain Injury and PTSD published by Casemate, the largest publisher of military books in both the United States and UK, in 2009. In 2009 – 2011 she worked with the National Organization on Disabilities and Army Wounded Warrior (AW2) on the book, When Warriors Come Home (AW2, 20011). Concurrent with her writing work, in 2010- 2011 Straus was Director of Special Projects and Training for Give an Hour, a not for profit pairing mental health professionals with veterans struggling with PTSD and other mental health problems. Also in 2012 she and colleague John David Kristoff, launched Warrior to Cyber Warrior in collaboration with Lunarline, one of the nation’s foremost Cyber Security firms. With a mission of training and certifying veterans for careers in Cyber Security at no charge to them, W2CW exists to this day.

In 2012 she co-founded, also with John David Kristoff, We Serve, a not for profit organization with the mission to heal the body, mind and soul of our nation’s veterans. Along with Mr. Kristoff, she created Vet Chats. For years she co-produced and wrote the annual Anti Defamation League’s Concert against Hate produced at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts accompanied by the National Symphony Orchestra. From 2013 to 2017 Straus was the writer/co-producer for the annual Memorial Day Concert broadcast live on PBS to an audience of over ten million viewers also accompanied by the National Symphony Orchestra. A graduate of the University of Virginia with a Masters in Literature from Georgetown University, Straus is an active member of the Writers Guild of America East.

Jeff Hayes

Jeffrey Hayes
 — DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

 

Jeff Hayes is a Certified Public Accountant with a strong background in accounting, finance, audits and corporate tax requirements. He specializes in implementing financial internal controls and processes that ensure a business continues to thrive while also giving the team the appropriate tools to grow. Additionally, his depth of experience with Artificial Intelligence Technology allows him to work closely with IT personnel to translate accounting functions into terms they understand to correctly code new accounting programs.
